Care au fost oportunit\u0103\u021bile Dvs. de angajare \u0219i cum v-a\u021bi acomodat necesit\u0103\u021bilor practice ale profesiunii?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atunci, c\u00e2nd am absolvit institu\u021bia de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt superior, anii \u02bc70 ai secolului al XX-lea, erau cu totul \u0219i cu totul alte condi\u021bii \u0219i alte oportunit\u0103\u021bi de angajare. De fapt, era doar o oportunitate \u2013 angajarea \u00een c\u00e2mpul muncii conform repartiz\u0103rii. De men\u021bionat c\u0103 preg\u0103tirea noastr\u0103 practic\u0103 era una la nivel \u00eenalt, conform cerin\u021belor de atunci. Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, fiecare cadru didactic t\u00e2n\u0103r era tutelat de un cadru didactic cu experien\u021b\u0103 (aici nu vorbim de aspectele vulnerabile ale activit\u0103\u021bii didactice \u00een acei ani).<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Performan\u021ba \u0219i excelen\u021ba academic\u0103 sunt apreciate \u0219i la mare c\u0103utare. Absolvirea USM-ului v-a marcat traseul profesional?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Excelen\u021ba academic\u0103 a unui student \u00een toate timpurile se aprecia \u00eenalt. \u00cen anii \u02bc70- \u02bc80 ai secolului al XX-lea dac\u0103 cineva dintre absolven\u021bi era acceptat s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 la catedr\u0103 se socotea v\u00e2rful carierei. Pentru mine calea spre studii doctorale era determinat\u0103 de rezultatele activit\u0103\u021bii practice \u00een calitate de cadru didactic \u00een satul meu de ba\u0219tin\u0103, C\u0103inarii-Vechi, raionul Soroca.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Tinere\u021bea \u0219i studen\u021bia sunt perioade absolut extraordinare, dinamice \u00een via\u021ba unui om. Ce amintiri ave\u021bi Dumneavoastr\u0103 din anii de studen\u021bie din cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat din Moldova?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru mine, absolvent al \u0219colii medii din sat, perioada studen\u021bimii a fost una extrem de productiv\u0103 \u0219i pe dimensiunea academic\u0103, dimensiunea cultural\u0103, dar \u0219i pe cea sportiv\u0103, ob\u021bin\u00e2nd categoria de maestru \u00een sport la judo. Sunt sigur c\u0103 cei care nu valorific\u0103 pe deplin perioada studen\u021biei pentru formarea \u0219i dezvoltarea personal\u0103 au cu mult mai pu\u021bine oportunit\u0103\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i asigure o carier\u0103 profesional\u0103 decent\u0103.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Studiile \u0219i formarea profesional\u0103 se datoreaz\u0103 iscusin\u021bei \u0219i m\u0103iestriei profesorilor. Care dintre ace\u0219tia \u0219i prin ce v-au marcat pe parcursul anilor de studen\u021bie?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desigur c\u0103 via\u021ba fiec\u0103rui elev\/student este marcat\u0103 de unul sau mai multe cadre didactice de valoare. Anume \u00een acea perioad\u0103 puternic ideologizat\u0103, datorit\u0103 unor profesori de valoare, am aflat despre scriitori disiden\u021bi \u0219i am citit opere literare care erau interzise la acele timpuri.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Pasiunea pentru domeniul pedagogiei adaug\u0103 valoare preg\u0103tirii profesionale. De unde vine pasiunea Dumneavoastr\u0103 pentru \u0219tiin\u021bele educa\u021biei?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mie \u00eemi vine foarte greu s\u0103 spun de unde a venit pasiunea pentru activitatea didactic\u0103. \u021ain minte c\u0103 dirigintele meu de clas\u0103 m\u0103 orienta spre cariera politic\u0103 \u0219i era, \u00eentr-un fel sau altul, indispus c\u0103 n-am \u021binut cont de recomandarea dumnealui. De\u0219i, dup\u0103 mai mul\u021bi ani, deja c\u00e2nd am devenit doctor \u00een pedagogie, a recunoscut c\u0103 a gre\u0219it. De men\u021bionat c\u0103, dup\u0103 absolvirea facult\u0103\u021bii am activat doar \u00een sistemul de educa\u021bie: cadru didactic; doctorand; cercet\u0103tor \u0219tiin\u021bific superior; \u0219ef de laborator; vicedirector al Institutului de \u0218tiin\u021be ale Educa\u021biei; \u0219ef de departament \u00een cadrul Ministerului Educa\u021biei, Culturii \u0219i Cercet\u0103rii; profesor universitar \u0219i decan al Facult\u0103\u021bii de Psihologie \u0219i \u0218tiin\u021be ale Educa\u021biei, Sociologie \u0219i Asisten\u021b\u0103 Social\u0103 \u00een cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat din Moldova.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> V\u0103 mai aduce\u021bi aminte de ce a\u021bi ales USM \u0219i c\u00e2t de u\u0219or a fost s\u0103 fi\u021bi admis la studii?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De fapt, am ales Facultatea de Filologie \u00een scopul recuper\u0103rii unor lacune privind abilit\u0103\u021bile de comunicare \u0219i pe viitor s\u0103 trec la Facultatea de Jurnalism. \u00cens\u0103, dup\u0103 prima practic\u0103 pedagogic\u0103, am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 activitatea didactic\u0103 este predestinarea mea.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> A\u021bi devenit o personalitate notorie din republica noastr\u0103. Cum a\u021bi reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u00eembina\u021bi studiile \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 bucura\u021bi de tinere\u021be?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe parcursul \u00eentregii vie\u021bi \u0219i ca elev, \u0219i ca student, \u0219i \u00een calitate de cadru didactic \u0219colar \u0219i universitar am preferat s\u0103 \u00eembin patru tipuri de activit\u0103\u021bi: \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt; cultur\u0103, cercetare \u0219i sport.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Studen\u021bii \u0219i absolven\u021bii sunt barometrul performan\u021belor USM. Ce impresii ave\u0163i despre Alma Mater \u00een prezent?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Universitatea de Stat din Moldova de ast\u0103zi desigur c\u0103 este o institu\u021bie-lider la nivel na\u021bional, cu multe performan\u021be \u0219i absolven\u021bi valoro\u0219i pe parcursul s\u0103u istoric. Totodat\u0103, Universitatea de Stat din Moldova este la o r\u0103scruce \u201eQuo vadis?\u201d \u0219i r\u0103spunsul la aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare depinde de fiecare dintre noi.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> \u00cen timpul de fa\u021b\u0103, sistemul educa\u021bional din \u021bar\u0103 urmeaz\u0103 un anume model, concentrat doar pe dezvoltarea de competen\u021be. La ce s\u0103 apeleze tinerii pentru a g\u0103si un echilibru \u00eentre presiunea de a deveni un specialist necesar pe pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i pasiunea pentru un anume domeniu, chiar dac\u0103 e mai pu\u021bin c\u0103utat, solicitat?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orientarea \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior pe formarea de competen\u021be necesare pie\u021bei muncii este o strategie corect\u0103 \u0219i de perspectiv\u0103. \u00cens\u0103 nu este \u00eendeajuns doar acest lucru pentru a ob\u021bine performan\u021be at\u00e2t \u00een plan academic, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een plan economic\/profesional. Pentru a ameliora situa\u021bia, este necesar\u0103 o abordare sistemic\u0103 a preg\u0103tirii resurselor umane pentru societate: economic\u0103, pedagogic\u0103, demografic\u0103, politic\u0103, psihologic\u0103, social\u0103 etc.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Din perspectiva experien\u021bei valoroase a activit\u0103\u021bii Dvs., ce sfaturi le-a\u021bi putea da actualilor \u0219i viitorilor studen\u021bi pentru a-\u0219i construi reu\u0219it istoria vie\u021bii lor?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u0103 g\u0103si\u021bi calea proprie, adecvat\u0103 poten\u021bialului, aptitudinilor, intereselor individuale \u0219i s\u0103 lua\u021bi \u00een via\u021b\u0103 decizii corecte. \u00cenainte de a face ceva, g\u00e2ndi\u021bi-v\u0103 ce o s\u0103 ias\u0103 din aceasta.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"11\">\n<li><strong> USM \u00eempline\u0219te anul acesta 75 de ani de la fondare.
